Getting ready for evening service

 
On April 21-23, Panama hosted the ‘Misiones en Conjunto’ or MEC conference.  The conference is held for all of the Spanish speaking world and delegates from Argentina to Mexico and even from Spain converged on Panama City.  The days were full of workshops, seminars, devotionals (which were really more like powerful sermons) and evening services.  The purpose is solely to promote and to take missions within this part of the world to the next level.  It is exciting to see God moving among the latin leadership, pastors, church and lay people to send and support their own missionaries!  Last year Argentina celebrated a milestone for all of the Spanish world, they were the first country to give over 1 million dollars to missions!  I pray that other countries will quickly follow suit.  For you that support us, please know that God is doing a stirring in the hearts of the young people and He is calling this generation to serve Him both locally, but also globally!  You are taking part in touching the world through our future Panamanian missionaries!  Here are some pictures of the event:
